We offer Indian food products, including teas, spices, rice, pulses and lentils.
Product specifications, ingredients, origin, net quantity, prices, packaging, availability and other product information are provided on the relevant product page or in the quotation.
Product details may change without prior notice due to stock availability, raw materials, production timing or other circumstances.
Article 3 — Orders
Customers must place orders using the methods specified on the Website or otherwise provided by us.
An order submitted by a customer constitutes an offer to purchase products. A sales contract is formed when we review the order and notify the customer of our acceptance.
We may decline an order due to incorrect product information, insufficient stock, payment issues, suspected unauthorised use or other unavoidable circumstances.
If it becomes necessary to cancel an order after a sales contract has been formed, we will inform the customer of the reason and refund any amounts already paid using an appropriate method.
Article 4 — Prices and Charges
Product prices are displayed on the relevant product page, at checkout or in the quotation.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, natural disasters, circumstances affecting the delivery company or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
If redelivery is necessary due to circumstances attributable to the customer, such as an incorrect address or an extended absence, additional shipping charges may apply.

However, product colour, shape, grain size, aroma, flavour, packaging and other characteristics may differ slightly from the published information due to raw materials, harvest timing, production timing, viewing conditions or other factors.
